Where to Find Your Balance
Your credit balance is displayed in two places:
- Account Settings page — shows your current total credit balance
- Buy Credits page — shows your balance at the top before you purchase more
How the Balance Updates
When you log in, Ideasies fetches your current credit balance from the central hub at up-n-up.club. This balance reflects credits across both Ideasies and TellaPrompt.
After Purchasing Credits
When you complete a Stripe checkout for a credit pack, your credits are added to the hub. The Buy Credits page will show a success message and your balance will update.
After Generating Ideas
Each time you generate a new idea (3 credits) or regenerate (2 credits), the deduction happens through the backend. Your balance updates accordingly.
Admin Users
Admin users don't use credits — their balance is not affected by idea generation.
