Credits Showing as 0?

If your credit balance displays as 0 after signing up and receiving welcome credits, there are a few possible causes.

Check These First

1. Refresh the page — the credit balance is fetched asynchronously after login. A refresh may resolve the display.
2. Check your welcome credits — the Welcome page always shows "3" for new users. If you see 3 on the welcome page but 0 elsewhere, the hub system may still be processing.
3. Wait a moment — there can be a slight delay (1-2 seconds) between the credit grant and the balance being available from the hub API.

Welcome Credits Flow

When you first log in, Ideasies:

1. Checks if you already have credits via the hub API
2. If your balance is 0 or you don't exist, grants 3 welcome credits
3. Marks your account as having received welcome credits
4. Redirects you to the Welcome page

Still Not Working?

If your credits still show 0 after a minute, try:

• Log out and log back in
• Clear your browser cache
• Contact support at support@up-n-up.club with your email address
